Support

We know that you need help when you need help, not when someone else decides you need help. We also know that you want help in the way that you want help, not the way someone else wants to give it to you.

We also know that you want someone helpful and proactive helping you, not someone just trying to get rid of you; it isn't often we actually get to talk to many individuals so we view support as one of our best opportunities to get to know you and better understand your needs.

Our support team are happy to talk to you on the phone, chat with you via messenger (msn, yahoo or any other that is available to us and you) or converse with you via email.

We do operate a ticket system but this is as a backup to the communication process and to ensure that you have fully visibility over what we are doing on your behalf. However, you don't need to login to our ticketing system to update tickets; you can just reply to the email our system sends you and that will do the trick (there are security checks in place but if updates fail, you will be notified).
